DEIB at Bancroft School
At Bancroft, our commitment to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) reflects our core values of inquiry, excellence, ethical leadership, equity, and community. Our practice is characterized by thoughtful and intentional actions that foster an inclusive community where differences are embraced and engaged with dignity and understanding. Integrating these values into our daily interaction and educational practices creates an environment where individuals feel empowered to express and celebrate their authentic selves. This intentional approach supports our goal of inspiring individuals to positively impact local and global communities.
