Bancroft School supports all students’ right to work and learn in an environment free from all forms of discrimination, including discrimination based on an individual’s gender, race, national origin, age, religion, sexual orientation, or veteran, marital, or disability status. Bancroft School prohibits discrimination by any student, employee, faculty member, or other person, including visitors and vendors, in connection with any school-related activity. In addition to prohibiting discrimination, Bancroft School prohibits any form of unlawful harassment by students or employees based on their status in a protected category, including sexual harassment. Harassment seriously interferes with our goal of creating an atmosphere in which everyone is treated with respect and dignity and will not be tolerated.
